Prayer for Those Struggling with Depression and Anxiety
Heavenly Father,
You see the one reading this right now, the tears they hide, the heaviness they carry, the battles they can’t explain. You know the depths of their heart and the weight pressing on their soul. Lord, meet them here, in this very moment. Wrap them in Your peace that surpasses all understanding. When their mind feels loud and restless, whisper stillness.
When their heart feels numb, remind them that Your love is alive within them.
When they feel alone, remind them You have never left their side, not for a moment. Father, lift the fog of fear and sadness. Restore their joy, renew their strength and remind them that even in the darkest valley, Your light still shines.
Help them take one breath, one step, one prayer at a time, trusting that healing is already unfolding in Your perfect love.
